Introduction :
Too often, we cling to rigid structures, holding onto old patterns that drag us down. Lend me a hand is a visual plea for community and connection. The photograph and textile elements remind us of the necessity of tending and caring—not only for plants, but for one another.
Concept:
Alone, we are tightly entwined with our thought patterns, which wind like an endless root network through everything. If we actively helped each other break these outdated structures, life would flow much more easily.
This work combines staged photography with textile intervention to visualize this network. It marks the transition from the flat digital world into the reality of touch and mutual support. Acknowledging our need for help is the first step toward healing—both socially and ecologically.
